Well another busy week has gone and another one is on the way! The students did a fantastic job on their biography projects, and now it's time to shift to science! This is a project that the students have been asking about since the beginning of the year and the time has finally arrived.
This project is meant to be fun, educational, and to give each student an opportunity to find the best way they see fit to illustrate/represent the solar system. We have been discussing some ideas that the students can use for their projects, but I wanted to include another link so that parents can check out some ideas, as well.
Pintrest is a great source of ideas. Go to this link to checkout some other solar system projects and get the juices flowing! https://www.pinterest.com/lolagreen/solar-system/
This Wednesday is our walk-a-thin. If you have not already turned in your child's permission slip, please do so as soon as possible. Although there is still a bit of time before we have field day, the permission slip for that event was sent home last week and also needs to be returned!
